This simple Maple Glazed Apple & Pork recipe is so delicious! It’s lovely sweet flavour makes it perfect for tempting the fussiest eaters!
- 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
- 3 Medium Apples (green or red varieties)
- 4 Pork fillets (trimmed of excess fat)
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place your pork fillets into a shallow baking dish (we used individual sized mini casserole dishes) and season with salt and pepper. Core and thinly slice the apples before laying them over the pork fillets then drizzle the maple syrup & water over each fillet (1/2 tablespoon for each fillet). Cover with tin foil and bake for 25mins. Serve with steamed veggies.
