My children are ALWAYS hungry after school! I’m always trying to mix up their afternoon snacks to make sure they’re all eaten and filling their tummies! This is a bit of a special treat – meaning its not an everyday snack.
I cut the apple slices and serve them with a dipping bowl of Soft Caramel Sauce and some shredded coconut. The kids enjoy dipping the apple slices into the caramel then coating them in some crunchy coconut. The flavours are amazing together!
