This Spider craft was so simple to do and so much fun for Halloween! I got the idea from some similar decorations we saw at the shops and thought “We can make that!”.
All you’ll need –
- Glue Gun
- Small Styrofoam balls
- Pipecleaners
- Googley Eyes
- Scissors
- White Cardstock
- toothpickls
- Paint (we used black)
Simply paint the Styrofoam balls black and allow them to dry – we skewered ours with a toothpick to make them easier to handle and dry.
Twist 4 pipecleaners in the centre and glue them to the ball using the glue gun. Once they’ve dried you can bend the legs to a point.
Add some googley eyes – we think a few smaller ones looked better than the two larger ones – it was fun for my daughter to add a fair few too :).
Then lastly I cut some little fangs out of some white cardstock and glued them on.
These would make awesome Halloween decorations!
