The things I remember most from my childhood were those that involved a little ‘magic! Not the toys, but the things that really made me say WOW!
Every Easter at our place, the lawn becomes ‘magical’. We sprinkle jelly beans in the morning and by the afternoon, lollypops have grown in their place. It has become a real tradition in our house so I wanted to create something similar for Valentine’s Day. I saw these chocolates in my local supermarket & had a brain wave!
All you need is:
A small pot
Soil
Small chocolate heart
Large chocolate heart
Get the kids to add the soil to the pot, ‘plant’ their chocolate and cover.
Let them know that on Valentine’s Day, there is magic in the air. When they wake in the morning, they will be so excited to see the giant Chocolate Heart that has grown over night! So, so cute!
