This deliciously smooth pudding is super healthy for kids…and they won’t even know it is 🙂
You only need 4 ingredients and you have yourself a guilt free dessert that the kids devour!
To make your own you will need:
2 x avocados
2 x ripe bananas
6tbs cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla essence
This recipe will serve 2 – 4 people (2 adults & two kiddies).
Method
Step 1
Peel & deseed the avocados and add them to a processor
Step 2
Peel bananas & add to processor and blend/pulse until super smooth
Step 3
Add the cocoa powder & vanilla and blend (scrape down the sides of the processor to make sure all ingredients are incorporated)
Step 4
Spoon into dessert dishes and top with sliced banana & almonds (optional)
