This delicious ice cream will literally take you two minutes to make (if that!). It’s made from two ingredients AND it’s really, really healthy! My kids love this as a ‘treat’ for after dinner. I’m super happy because it’s basically just fruit!
To make your own you will need:
Bananas – peeled, chopped & frozen
1/2 cup 3 – 4 Coconut Milk
Step 1
Peel & chop your bananas the night before & place them into a zip lock bag over night
Step 2
Place your frozen bananas into a blender
Step 3
Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Step 3
Set the blender on high & mix until well combined (approximately a minute)
Step 4
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
You can add freshly sliced banana to the top too!
