These are such a hit in our house! I love them because they are a quick, easy and inexpensive to make and the kids love them because they are super FUN!
Step 1
Take your balloon and tie off the end (as you would do after blowing a balloon up)
Take your balloon and snip off the opposite end.
Step 3
Cut of the bottom of the cup
Step 4
Stretch the balloon over the cup (as pictured).
Step 5
Add you pom poms and get LAUNCHING!

My kiddos and I made this. All we had were blown up balloons. But we cut the ends and they worked really well. I did not see my kids the rest of the night as they were attacking each other, having shooting competitions and laughing! They are 4 and 5. Thanks for the wonderful idea!

cool but will this work for my 5th grade class and how far will it go I mean I have to get It far and my team has no plan so now we have to my up something like asap
