I made a very healthy & delicious (if I do say so myself) Spaghetti Bolognaise last night (https://pagingfunmums.com/2013/03/06/delicious-healthy-spaghetti-bolognaise-recipe-jenni/). I mentioned that there were many ways to use the leftover mince and this is one of them…the kids and hubby all loved it! The kids especially appreciated the extra effort with the salad face…the hubby…well, to his mates, he would say that he didn’t, but I saw that smile! Bless him!
