If you’re like me, then you love the soothing smell of Vicks Vaporub when a cold appears!
Did you know you can take that delightful soothing scent and make it into a shower tablet? With just a few ingredients, you can have the steam of your shower melting the tablet into air clearing loveliness! Great for the kids too.
You will need:
Some cupcake or muffin sized silicone molds
3 tablespoons of Vicks Vapor Run
1 cup of cornflour
Green and/or blue food coloring – a few drops
6-7 tablespoons of water
Method
In a mixing bowl add the corn flour, vicks vapo rub and the water and mix well.
Add a few drops of your food colouring and stir until you have your desired colour.
Add the mixture to your silicone molds.
Place the mold into the freezer for 2 – 3 hours until hard.
Add a tablet to the floor of your next shower and let the steam melt the tablet for a wonderful nasal unblocking experience!
***Please make sure you have a slip mat in the shower – sometimes it can be a bit sticky and we would hate for you to have a fall!***
