We made some yummy pancakes this morning, so I thought I would share it with you. Both Little Miss A and Master L LOVE them.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup self raising flour (I always use wholemeal)
1 banana mashed
1/2 cup LSA (ground Linseed, Almonds & Sunflower Seeds) great hit of protein!
I’ve also been known to sneak in some fruit puree (in the packet is fine too!)
Master L is always on stir patrol!
The kids also love it when I use cookie cutters to shape the Pancakes.
Just add them to the frying pan & spray with Olive Oil. Then flip when they start to bubble on the the surface. Then serve with sliced banana and honey! Yum ; )
