So I have recently become obsessed with Pulled Pork! It’s easy to make (I do mine in the slow cooker) and it is beyond delicious!.

To make this delicious Pulled Pork Pizza you will need:
1.5 cups of slow cooked pulled pork
1 large pizza crust (I use store bought)
BBQ sauce to spread the base
200g of canned pineapple pieces
150 grams of chopped, fried bacon
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
10 – 15 slices of jalepeno (I use the store bought in the jar)
Directions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Gently fry off your bacon until crisp
Step 3
Spread your pizza base with the BBQ sauce, pulled pork, pineapple pieces, chopped fried bacon, jalepeno slices then cover with the mozzarella cheese
Step 4
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until golden brown
Step 4
Slice and enjoy!
