Seaworld Resort – our family review

We had the pleasure of staying at the Seaworld Resort recently and absolutely loved it! My daughter requested to go to Seaworld for her birthday (she’s obsessed with Dolphins), so we decided to make a weekend out of it and take in what the Seaworld Resort has to offer.

Check out our Instagram video to get an idea of the amount of fun we had!

The great thing about the freshly renovated Resort is that it’s directly attached to Seaworld itself! Guests can avoid the crowds and there is exclusive entry to the beautiful Dolphin Training Session every morning.

There’s an opportunity every morning for the kids to meet and greet a Nickelodeon Character too! Exclusive and FREE for Sea World Resort guests from 9am, expect a visit from The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick, Dora, Diego or Boots! So many photo ops!

The rooms are beautiful and perfectly comfortable for families. Being perched right on the water, there are some spectacular views to enjoy from your balcony.

The Resort itself has it’s very own Water Park – Sponge Bob Square Pants theme of course which includes a giant pool. Lifeguards are on duty and parents can relax with a beverage from the Waterfall Cafe whilst the kids make friends and have fun in the park. A great way to wind down after a busy day.

There is no shortage of delicious food in the Resort too. There are three restaurants and a cafe to choose from. In room dining is also on offer.

The Resort’s Seafood Buffet is a MUST!

There’s some fantastic LIVE entertainment on offer for free too!

The grounds of the Seaworld Resort are perfectly manicured and make for a great place for a stroll.

The Resort offers a fully supervised Kids Club. It too has recently been renovated and it looks amazing! The kids loved all of the dance activities, food, movies, face painting AND games provided (including Xbox 360). It’s a win/win – hubby and I had a lovely dinner out and the kids had a blast!

Another fantastic offering for the kiddies is the LED Night Light Show at the SpongeBob SplashBash. Every night from 8pm, the lights and music start and the kids run through the water & lights dancing and giggling, What a cool concept!

I can’t recommend this resort enough. We will be back for sure! Seaworld Resort is currently having a ‘Red Hot Sale. Guests can stay from $149 per night, twin share AND get unlimited entry to Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast AND Paradise Country for the duration of their stay. Click here for all of the details!

We were lucky enough to have a ‘Dolphin Experience’ during our stay. It really was a magical experience. To get up close and personal with one of the most beautiful animals on the planet is an absolute Bucket List  Tick!

Seaworld is such a huge place now with so much to do. It makes sense to stay a few nights at Seaworld Resort to get the most out of your visit!

Thank you so much for hosting us Seaworld Resort! We had such a fun and action packed weekend! We can’t wait to do it all over again as soon as we can!
