Master 4 is very much into cars and building with blocks so this project was sure to be a BIG hit! I bought some light weight craft wood from Bunnings and had my husband cut them into ‘city’ tower shapes. We also used some flat craft wood to make some roads.
I gave one side of each block two coats of black Chalk Board paint, allowed them to dry and used chalk to draw the windows and lines on the road. The best thing is they can be used to draw on whatever scene the child wishes! I think it would make a beautiful Christmas scene with Christmas trees and props placed amongst the city.
