This recipe uses 4 ingredients, is made in one tray and takes about 30 minus to make!
My family love this recipe and so do I! I don’t have to spend ages in the kitchen cranking out a delicious meal. This really is such a staple in our house!
To make yours you will need (to feed 4)
3 large chicken breasts
1 x large tomato
4 tbs of store bought Pesto
1 cup of Mozarella Cheese
Step 1
Place the chicken breasts into a baking tray
Step 2
Cover them with the pesto
Step 3
Slice the tomato and place over chicken
Step 4
Cover with the mozarella
Step 5
Bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees) for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
Step 6
Place under the grill for a few minutes to make the cheese golden brown!
