DIY Easter Pick’n’Paint Project

DIY Plaster Pick'n'Paint Eggs

My kids LOVE painting plaster moulds. We have a shelf at home filled with their plaster creations! Last week I was at our local discount store and came across some silacone cake and chocolate moulds for under $2. I don’t know about you but I’ve never had success actually baking cakes in them?! I decided to buy some plaster of paris ($4) and made our own Easter Plasters. One packet made around 12 large moulds making each finished plaster cost around 50 cents each – bargain! We then used some acrylic paints to paint them.

Use cheap silicone cake moulds to make your own Pick'n'Paint Easter projects!

We hope you enjoy this easy Easter craft activity! I’m going to make a pile of smaller ones for my son’s playgroup this week. You might also like these great Easter Projects.
