I suffer from lots of common headaches and the activities listed above act as a great life saver whilst I wait for pain medication to ‘kick-in’ (which isn’t long thanks to Nurofen Zavance). I know there can be many factors why I might be experiencing headaches, like dehydration, but I hadn’t thought much about muscle pain being a factor. I recently watched this video which started to make me look more closely at my common headaches…as well as arming me with some great facts for my next trivia night!

The level of strain and pressure placed on most mother’s shoulders is huge (figuratively and literally speaking!). No wonder I often experience headaches, after all, everything in your body is connected, that’s why when you feel the pain of a headache, and it may be caused by tension in the muscles in your head and neck! Luckily for me I always have some Nurofen Zavance on hand because Nurofen Zavance* is absorbed up to twice as fast as standard Nurofen…perfect for Mums who don’t have the luxury of extra time off to recover! *For the temporary relief of pain and/or inflammation, always read the label.
