Banana Pancakes

We made some yummy pancakes this morning, so I thought I would share it with you. Both Little Miss A and Master L LOVE them.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup self raising flour (I always use wholemeal)

1 banana mashed

1/2 cup LSA (ground Linseed, Almonds & Sunflower Seeds) great hit of protein!

I’ve also been known to sneak in some fruit puree (in the packet is fine too!)

Master L is always on stir patrol!

The kids also love it when I use cookie cutters to shape the Pancakes.

Just add them to the frying pan & spray with Olive Oil. Then flip when they start to bubble on the the surface. Then serve with sliced banana and honey! Yum ; )

Banana Pancake Fun!

If you lack cookie cutter shapes you can always do what my mother in law does when we go to visit for an overnight…Makes pancakes with fruit (or if its your birthday she puts M&M’s inside lol) but make 2 small circles on top and a big one just below have them connect while cooking ta dah!
